After the laser marking machine is replaced, the focusing distance between the laser lens and the marking machine will change. When the focus is not on time, because the focus of the laser is not aligned on the surface of the workpiece, the marked handwriting will be unclear.
Laser Marking Machine Auto Focusing Principle
Automatic focusing laser marking machine realizes automatic focusing marking through visual positioning system, which can be completed without physically moving the workpiece or laser marking machine. It can automatically adjust the focal length and realize automatic tracking and marking even if there is slight difference in thickness. It can not only reduce the workload, but also significantly improve the quality of product marking, and the operation is simple and convenient.
Its principle is based on the traditional marking machine, using high-precision CCD camera to capture the current position of the product, and transmitting the position information of one or more products collected in real time to the marking card through the computer, so as to realize accurate marking.
Laser Marking Machine Optical Path Adjustment Method
1.Turn on the laser marking machine and turn on the chiller, and wait until the real-time temperature of the chiller is consistent with the set temperature before proceeding to the next step.
2.Remove the protective cover of the laser marking machine and turn off the laser and Q-switch power supply.
3.Observe the red light output and feedback at this time with a dimmer frequency multiplier or white paper, and it is appropriate to have the roundest and brightest light spot on the red light indicator screen. If there are multiple red light spots, adjust the red light indicator to the adjusting nuts of the beam expander successively until the requirements are met.
4.Turn on the laser power supply, adjust the current to the range of 14 15a, preferably not more than 15A. Use the dimming frequency multiplier to observe whether the laser output is the roundest and brightest spot in front of the laser.
5.Place the frequency multiplier behind the beam expander and observe whether there is laser output. If not, slowly adjust each adjusting nut until there is the brightest and roundest light spot in sequence.
6.Slowly reduce the current, observe the intensity of the light spot of the frequency multiplier, and successively adjust the adjusting nut until the light spot is the roundest and brightest.
7.Repeat step 6 for at least 4 6 times to get the roundest and brightest light spot. At this time, the current should be less than 10A, preferably not more than 12A.
8.Observe the intensity of the laser spot, or slightly increase the current and fine tune the adjusting nut until the strongest spot is obtained.
9.Turn on the Q switch for trial engraving (the trial engraving parameters are normal marking parameters). If the light intensity meets the requirements, the adjustment is completed.
